The Springwood office is the location for Corporate functions for Guardian Property nationally, as well as being the central head office for operations in Brisbane. The team here will assist in all property management functions as well as being the site for all Brisbane trust account operations and the management team. 

MARK MEEHAN - MANAGER

Mark’s background is in asset management for the federal government, as well as having over 10 years running both transport and import/export businesses. He has an in-depth knowledge and experience of all aspects of Property Management and the Property Agents and Motor Dealers Act, and so ensures that Guardian is protecting your investment in the best way possible. Mark is able to combine his expertise from the public service with his management skills as a small business owner to great effect. He is a strong communicator and shrewd business man, making decisions to benefit both owners and his business.

HELEN CROWTHER – MANAGER & PROPERTY INSPECTIONS

Helen worked in the travel industry prior to the launch of Guardian Property. She owned a business which saw her in face to face customer contact on a daily basis, as well as having the experience of managing customer databases, completing book keeping tasks, and all travel related administration. Helen is competent in the use of several travel management systems. There are some definite comparisons between the two industries, with referral business and crisis management being daily occurrences! Helen continues to make use of her skills as the key property inspector for Guardian Property; liaising with tenants and owners, as well as co-ordinating the repair and maintenance databases.
