Once we receive this we will take care of the rest, notifying your existing agent of the change and ensuring all documentation and keys are handed over to Guardian. In many cases there may be a notice period required due to contractual obligations with your agent, however on occasion Guardian will pay out any notice period required meaning you can transfer your property across to Guardian seamlessly and without any cost to yourself.
