Our tenants are important to us! In fact tenants are the most important part of our business, without happy tenants we cannot keep our owners happy!

We pride ourselves on our long term relationships with both owners & tenants and often have tenants who found us because they’ve been referred to us by other tenants. There is no bigger compliment than a tenant who chooses to deal with us from a referral, or to bring their own investment property under our management as a result of the experience they’ve had.

Sometimes there will be problems during a tenancy & this is unavoidable, unfortunately we don’t live in a perfect world. Our experience is that most people’s frustration & poor experiences with renting are born out of not knowing what’s going on. Guardian find that as long as we keep our tenants aware of what is being done to fix the problems & they are fixed in a timely manner, everyone stays happy.
