The minimum notice period is 14 days from the day you provide written notice, if you have a current fixed term lease. Tenants vacating prior to the end of a fixed term lease may incur a break lease fee or be required to pay rent until the end of the fixed term. Tenant’s who do have an expired fixed term lease are required to provide a minimum of 21 days notice. The first day of your notice period will commence the current (if submitted during business hours) or next working day.
